Prepared with care and preserved according to the family’s traditional recipes and techniques, their fruit and vegetable jars are actually filled by hand.
Each precious jar begins with the selection of the best and freshest raw ingredients. These will then undergo a series of preparation and production techniques that follows the old traditional recipes from the company’s matriarch, Nonna Lucia. Then the jars are carefully filled under strict and controlled guidelines. This is to ensure that each is free of artificial preservatives and their authentic flavors and fragrances are well-preserved.
