Artisan polenta makers in the Veneto region, Molino Filippi started near the Sterbise river valley. Back then, they utilized cornmeal processing that has existed for over two hundred years.

Decades later, two brothers, Antonio and Domenico, took over the mill and successfully oversaw its operations for years. Years later, armed with the trusted old tradition, but at the same time, recognizing the need to keep up with the times, one of Antonio’s sons further enhanced the processing of polenta using modern machinery.

Meanwhile, Domenico passed down the old tradition to his wife and later, his three children. And today, the mill still applies those same old traditions, which have been handed down four generations.

And how do they guarantee the high quality of their polenta? All processes are painstakingly overseen, from the corn’s cultivation to its harvest to the careful selection of raw materials are strictly and carefully controlled. So consumers are guaranteed high quality polenta products every time.
