Borella Pasta

Italian pasta maker Borella was founded under the name Pastificio Bassanese in 1935. Well-recognized for utilizing high quality ingredients, the brand was able to earn a well-deserved success in the pasta industry after a short time.

The company started out as a maker of traditional pasta, utilizing traditional manufacturing methods. And for years it was managed by it founders and their heirs. However, in 2004, Borella underwent some significant changes and overall management shifted to three Venetians, namely Raffaele and Michela Dammicco, and Gianfranco Boscolo. Since then, the pasta company further improved as it not only utilized trustworthy traditional manufacturing methods, but also new innovative processes in expanding its production line. As a result, it is among the most recognized traditional pasta makers in the world today.
