Based in the Apennine Mountains in the Scrivia Valley, their factory is managed by Miaglia brothers. Well-known as an artisan pasta factory, the company has been home to organic pasta for the past three decades. Among the pasta shapes Alta Valle Scrivia produces are croxetti, lasagne, lasagnette, pappardelle, tagliatelle, trenette, and trofie.
