Ingredients

Half onion
▢
A clove of garlic

feta

Mixed herbs
sage, thyme, basil, parsley, marjoram, chives

Vegetable broth
▢
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

In a skillet, brown the chopped onion and garlic with a little oil.
▢
Add the rice and toast for a few minutes and continue cooking adding the broth as needed.
▢
Halfway through cooking, add the feta cut into small pieces.
▢
When the rice is cooked, add the finely cut herbs.
