Ingredients

Italian bread
sliced
▢

clove
garlic
minced
▢
Extra-virgin olive oil
▢

sprig
parsley
finely chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven or the
toaster oven
to 350°F.
▢
Cut the Italian bread into thick slices, place in a baking pan, and set aside.
▢
Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop. Set aside.
▢
Remove the stalks from the parsley and finely chop the leaves. Set aside.
▢
Drizzle olive oil over each slice of bread and rub minced garlic on them. Sprinkle chopped parsley over each as a finishing touch.
▢
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 14 minutes, or just until the bread is crisply toasted and golden brown.
