Ingredients

extra-virgin olive oil

butter

garlic
pressed

fresh parsley
finely chopped
Instructions
▢
With a garlic press, crush the garlic cloves and put them in a bowl.
▢
Slice the butter into small squares.
▢
Cut the stems off the parsley and finely chop the leaves.
▢
In the bowl with the garlic, add the extra-virgin olive oil and butter. Mash the mixture with a fork. Add the chopped parsley and mix it all together.
