This cocktail has that trademark bittersweet Campari flavor married with the herbal smoothness of the vermouth, and a bit of brightness from the soda water.
Mix Campari and vermouth in a Collins or rocks glass over ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with orange slice or twist, squeezing it over the cocktail to release the oils.

A similar cocktail is made with the same first two ingredients but adds gin instead of soda water; the Negroni! Look out for that drink’s history and recipe in the future.
