- 350 g rice
- 100 g frozen prawns
- 1 orange
- 2 cubes of Knorr Magic Aromas of basil
- 1 dl white wine
- 2 scoops of Fish Knorr bouillon granules dissolved in 1 liter of boiling water
- 1 shallot
- 20 g butter
- 2 tablespoons 'oil
Chop the shallots and grate the orange rind.
Saute the shallots in a saucepan with butter and oil.
Add the rice, moisten with the wine, and let it evaporate over high heat.
Throw in the dissolved Fish Knorr bouillon granules and stir constantly.
Add the orange juice and shrimp 3 minutes before end of cooking.
Turn off the heat, stir in Knorr Magic Aromas of basil, orange zest and pepper.
Let it stand for two minutes and serve.
