Tagliatelle al Ragu Gift Box

Description

This Tagliatelle al Ragù gift box, contains two between the most traditional products of the Emilia-Romagna region: tagliatelle and ragù alla bolognese. Both products come from small batch artisanal Italian producers and are imported from Italy. The bolognese sauce was made in a small little trattoria near Bologna, where the sauce was invented, and imported to the US.

Did you know that is very hard (and expensive) to import meat products in the US? Well, we had the opportunity to find this authentic bolognese sauce and we couldn’t not carry it – it’s really just like the one from my nonna in Italy.

The box includes also a 5.5×8.5 cardstock card with the recipe and the instructions on how to make your homemade tagliatelle from scratch from Nonna Eva, from San Carlo di Cesena!
