An amazing concoction that consists of corn and buckwheat, this bag of Polenta Taragna is from Carlo Moro. A product of the oldest pasta makers from the Lobardy region, this beautifully speckled polenta flour can be ready in 5 minutes!
You can boil it in a pot of heated water and serve it with any of your favorite meat dishes. For a creamy dish, add butter and cheese to the mix. Or if you prefer, make them into solid squares or put them into molds. And then, serve it with your favorite tomato sauce.
