Balsamic Vinegar, Nero is made of aged grape must from Trebbiano grapes and quality white wine vinegar. The grapes used to make the must and the white wine vinegar are cultivated in the Modena region. They store the balsamic in batterias made of hardwood. Another great artisanal condiment from Acetaia Pedroni, this bottle contains a sweet maroon-colored concoction that is creamy, intense, fragrant, and rich in flavor. Definitely an excellent addition to any home kitchen.
